Important: BizCredBuildr is a software platform, not a financial advisor, credit repair company, or lender. We do not guarantee credit approvals, specific credit scores, or any financial outcome. Use this platform to organize your credit-building efforts — results depend on your business history, payment behavior, and lender decisions.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using BizCredBuildr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
BizCredBuildr provides tools to help business owners track and organize their business credit-building activities, including:
- Net-30 vendor account tracking and recommendations
- Payment schedule management
- Lender qualification analysis (informational only)
- AI-generated credit strategy guidance
- Equipment financing lead submission
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business entity to use BizCredBuildr. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business information
- You may not share your account with others
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
5. Subscription and billing
BizCredBuildr offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Builder). By subscribing:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
- Trial periods (7 days) are available for new accounts; one trial per person
6. No financial advice
Nothing on BizCredBuildr constitutes financial, legal, or credit repair advice. AI-generated recommendations are informational only and should not be relied upon as professional guidance. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making significant financial decisions.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that using BizCredBuildr will result in credit approvals, score improvements, or any specific financial outcome. Business credit is determined by lenders based on many factors outside our control.
8. Intellectual property
BizCredBuildr and all associated software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizCredBuildr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or credit decisions made by third-party lenders.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
